This privacy policy will explain how Boncee organisation uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

Boncee collects the following data: Name and email, and postal address

How do we collect your data? You directly provide Boncee with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you: Register online or place an order for any of our products or services. Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email. Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

How will we use your data? Boncee collects your data so that we can: Process your order, manage your account.  Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.

Boncee will keep your Name, postal address and email address for five years after your order. 

Boncee would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Boncee from contacting you for marketing purposes.

Please make sure that you have been granted consent to use any names, logos, images or other information supplied to create your design. This is the customer’s responsibility and Boncee will assume that this has been checked prior to ordering.

If you order initials on our products, we will need to disclose these to a third party supplier; this will be done without other personal information that could identify individuals. Placing an order for initials will imply to us that you are in agreement with this.
